Legal
This page identifies the entity operating The Inflection Cabinet, explains how the public website, reviews, later services, and private payments may be structured, describes how personal information is handled, and sets out the terms governing use of the public website.
Trajectory Review describes one possible review architecture.
Governance describes the Cabinet's public conduct standard.
This Legal page identifies the responsible entity, information-handling rules, website boundaries, and the points at which a separate agreement, authorization, qualification, or provider becomes necessary.
This page is not itself an engagement agreement. Any specific engagement is governed by its own written terms.

How the Cabinet and Services Are Structured
How an initial review may develop, and what a website submission does and does not authorize.
The Inflection Cabinet is a private review, analysis, and coordination environment operated by AEONX S.R.L.
Trajectory Review is one possible review architecture. It does not define or limit the full range of services that AEONX S.R.L. may lawfully consider or provide under separately agreed terms.
Depending on the matter, AEONX S.R.L. may consider and, under a separate written engagement, provide or coordinate professional, strategic, management, operating, technological, software, data, web, research, media, design, educational, analytical, communication, capital-related, and other lawful business services within its registered activities and legal authority.
These descriptions are illustrative. They do not mean that every service is offered in every matter, that every registered activity is presented through this website, or that a particular engagement will be accepted.
The responsible entity, actual scope, authority, deliverables, limitations, conflicts, commercial terms, information boundaries, and applicable professional or regulatory conditions are established separately for each engagement.
Depending on the matter, a later service may be proposed or provided by:
- AEONX S.R.L.;
- another clearly identified company;
- an independent specialist, contractor, adviser, or professional;
- more than one identified entity acting under separate or coordinated terms.
Private Entry and Initial Review
Private Entry begins review only. A website submission, preliminary exchange, or initial review does not by itself:
- conclude a service contract;
- create an advisory, fiduciary, agency, brokerage, partnership, membership, or client relationship;
- authorize a decision or action;
- appoint or engage a provider;
- transfer decision authority;
- establish an obligation to respond or proceed.
An initial review may organize available information, distinguish evidence from interpretation, examine plausible trajectories, challenge assumptions, identify unresolved conditions, and clarify what appears ready, or not ready, for decision.
Preliminary views may be revised, narrowed, or withdrawn where material facts, assumptions, contradictions, or conditions change.
AEONX S.R.L. may provide non-regulated advisory, consultancy, research, design, coordination, technical, management, operating, media, educational, software, data, or other lawful services where a separate written engagement expressly defines the role.
Where a service or activity is regulated, reserved, licensed, or dependent upon a professional qualification, it may be performed only by an appropriately qualified and, where required, authorized person or entity under separate terms.
Capital-Related Matters
Capital-related work may concern enterprise capital allocation, ownership, operating resources, financing context, transaction readiness, strategic priorities, organizational capacity, and related business questions.
Neither the public website nor an initial review provides a personal recommendation concerning one or more transactions in specific financial instruments.
The public website is not an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in a financial instrument.
Where regulated investment advice or another regulated investment service may be required, it must be provided under a separate engagement by an appropriately authorized entity or professional.
Third-Party Paths and Conflicts
Where external capability may be relevant, the need is clarified before a provider is proposed.
Before substantive personal data or entrusted context is disclosed to an independent company, specialist, adviser, contractor, or substantive provider, the authorized contact will be informed of:
- the identity of the proposed recipient;
- its proposed role;
- the information proposed for disclosure;
- the purpose of the disclosure;
- any material commercial, ownership, referral, or other interest known to AEONX S.R.L.;
- the applicable engagement and data-protection arrangements, where relevant.
No substantive external disclosure or introduction occurs without specific authorization identifying the information, recipient, and purpose, except where disclosure is required by law, necessary to respond to a valid competent-authority request, necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or otherwise expressly described in the Privacy Notice.
Any recommendation, provider diligence, selection support, negotiation support, or implementation involvement requires a separately defined written scope.
Unless separate written terms provide otherwise, each independent provider contracts separately and remains responsible for its own services, professional duties, data processing, and performance.
Approved technical providers supporting hosting, form delivery, email, storage, scheduling, security, payment processing, or professional administration are governed separately from substantive providers. Their use within AEONX S.R.L.'s controlled workflow is not, by itself, a substantive referral or introduction.
Public Website, Private Entry, Contracts, and Payments
The public website is informational and inquiry-based.
There is no public checkout, no publicly accessible click-to-buy process, and no payment requested through Private Entry or another public-facing submission form.
Submitting a form is not an order, offer, acceptance, or payment commitment.
Any paid engagement requires separate terms identifying, as applicable:
- the contracting entity;
- the scope and intended deliverables;
- the role and authority of each party;
- the price, currency, and applicable taxes;
- the payment schedule;
- commencement and completion conditions;
- cancellation, withdrawal, suspension, and termination conditions;
- confidentiality and data-processing arrangements;
- material limitations, dependencies, and conflicts.
After the responsible contracting entity and applicable terms have been identified, and, where required, accepted, AEONX S.R.L. may issue a private invoice, hosted payment page, or payment link through an approved payment provider.
A payment link is a payment mechanism. It does not, by itself, broaden the agreed scope, create additional authority, appoint another provider, transfer decision authority, or replace the written terms governing the engagement.
Where a provider-hosted payment page is used, payment and card information may be collected directly by that provider under its applicable privacy and service terms. AEONX S.R.L. receives only the billing, transaction, and payment-status information made available through the relevant business account and does not intend to collect complete card credentials through its public website.
Private payment links are intended only for the identified recipient and engagement and should not be forwarded or used for another matter.
Intended Professional Use and Consumer Rights
The public website and Private Entry are designed primarily for persons acting in a business, professional, institutional, ownership, management, or representative capacity.
Nothing in this page excludes or restricts any mandatory right applying to a person who legally qualifies as a consumer.
Where AEONX S.R.L. enters into a distance contract with a consumer, the required information concerning the service, responsible trader, total price, payment, performance, complaint handling, cancellation, and withdrawal rights will be supplied before the consumer becomes bound or pays.
Where legally required, an accessible online withdrawal function or other mandatory withdrawal mechanism will be made available for the applicable period.
Where a consumer asks for service performance to begin during a statutory withdrawal period, any express request, acknowledgment, or consent required by applicable law will be obtained before performance begins.
Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information is handled with purpose, restraint, accountability, and respect.
Controller and Scope
AEONX S.R.L. is the controller of personal data processed through the public website, Private Entry, later briefs, preliminary communications, and separately established engagements, except where another identified entity acts as an independent or joint controller for a defined purpose.
This Privacy Notice may apply where you:
- request a private conversation;
- submit a Private Entry brief;
- complete a later Consideration Brief or similar document;
- coordinate through an assistant, chief of staff, family-office representative, or authorized office contact;
- contact AEONX S.R.L. through a website inquiry;
- are named in a request submitted by a representative or introducer;
- are identified through lawful matter-specific research or verification;
- enter into or administer a separately established engagement;
- receive or use a private invoice or payment link;
- visit or interact with the public website.
Sources of Information
Personal information may be obtained:
- directly from you;
- from an assistant, representative, introducer, principal, counterparty, specialist, or professional contact;
- from official registers, corporate websites, professional profiles, public filings, reputable publications, and other lawful public professional sources where relevant to a matter;
- from approved technical, security, communications, payment, or professional providers;
- from an independent provider or entity where disclosure back to AEONX S.R.L. is authorized or otherwise lawful.
Public availability does not remove AEONX S.R.L.'s data-protection responsibilities.
Information We May Collect
Depending on the route and stage, AEONX S.R.L. may collect:
- name;
- professional role, organization, and business relationship;
- email address and telephone number;
- preferred communication method;
- assistant, chief-of-staff, family-office, or office-contact details;
- the identity and role of a principal represented by an authorized contact;
- the identity and role of an introducer;
- the selected class or category of matter;
- scheduling and time-zone preferences;
- context voluntarily submitted about the matter;
- information concerning mandate, timing, evidence, assumptions, uncertainty, contradictions, protected value, and possible consequences;
- limited public professional, corporate, conflict-check, or verification information;
- broad optional organization, mandate, or scale ranges;
- submission dates, communication history, review status, authorizations, revisions, and closure state;
- internal review, analytical, governance, and decision records;
- contractual, billing, invoicing, tax, and payment-status information where an engagement is separately established;
- technical and security data generated by infrastructure, including IP address, request metadata, browser or device information, timestamps, server logs, and security-event information.
Where a hosted payment provider is used, complete card details are submitted directly to that provider rather than through the public Private Entry form.
Private Entry does not require exact personal wealth, exact assets under management, exact company revenue, government identity documents, bank-account credentials, or complete payment-card information.
Required and Optional Information
Fields marked as required are necessary to process the selected route and provide an appropriate response.
Optional context may be omitted. Withholding optional information does not prevent submission, although it may limit the ability to understand the matter or determine whether a responsible next step may exist.
Information You Should Not Submit
Do not submit through a public form:
- material non-public information;
- trade secrets;
- confidential employee or customer information;
- health information or other special-category personal data;
- criminal-conviction or offence data;
- information concerning children;
- government identity documents;
- passwords, credentials, access keys, or authentication codes;
- complete payment-card or bank credentials;
- information protected by professional secrecy or legal privilege;
- information subject to contractual, statutory, or regulatory disclosure restrictions;
- information you are not authorized to provide;
- information requiring a protected channel or separate confidentiality arrangement.
Where a matter cannot be described safely through a public form, provide only enough information to request an appropriate private or protected conversation.
Where unsolicited information is unnecessary, restricted, or inappropriate for the selected channel, AEONX S.R.L. may delete it, isolate it, restrict its processing, or request that the matter be resubmitted through an appropriate route.
How We Use Information
Personal information may be used where relevant to:
- receive and assess genuine professional requests;
- verify identity, authority, mandate, conflicts, and fit;
- determine whether an initial conversation, review, or other pathway may be appropriate;
- respond through the authorized channel;
- coordinate through an authorized representative;
- arrange a conversation or written exchange;
- conduct the selected review and matter-specific research;
- organize evidence, assumptions, alternatives, uncertainties, and decision conditions;
- assess whether a later brief or separately defined engagement is appropriate;
- administer contracts, invoicing, payment, and service delivery;
- maintain proportionate records of communications, authorizations, analysis, revisions, decisions, and closure;
- prevent spam, fraud, impersonation, misuse, and security incidents;
- maintain, secure, and improve the technical operation of the website and related systems;
- protect AEONX S.R.L.’s rights and legal interests;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
- comply with accounting, tax, corporate, regulatory, and other legal obligations.
Information submitted through Private Entry is not used to market unrelated services, sold as a commercial data product, or indiscriminately circulated across multiple companies.
Submitting Private Entry does not authorize substantive disclosure to an independent provider.
Legal Bases
The applicable legal basis depends on the purpose and the person concerned.
AEONX S.R.L. may rely on:
- Legitimate interests: to receive and assess genuine professional requests; administer communications; verify professional identity, authority, conflicts, and public context; coordinate with people who represent that they are authorized; protect the website and submission process; conduct proportionate matter-specific research; maintain governance and decision records; prevent misuse; protect confidentiality; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. These interests are assessed against the rights and reasonable expectations of the people concerned.
- Steps requested before a possible agreement: where the individual concerned asks AEONX S.R.L. to take specific steps toward a possible engagement.
- Contractual necessity: where a separate contractual relationship with the individual concerned has been established and processing is necessary to perform it.
- Legal obligations: where processing or retention is required by accounting, tax, corporate, regulatory, or other applicable law.
- Consent: where a purpose is genuinely optional and consent is the appropriate legal basis.
Use of an approved technology provider does not, by itself, change the legal basis for the underlying purpose.
Information supplied by a representative about another person is not automatically treated as pre-contractual processing concerning that other person. The applicable basis is assessed separately.
Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Submitting Private Entry does not provide consent to direct marketing or to substantive disclosure to an independent provider.
Information About Other People
A representative or introducer should provide another person's information only where authorized, necessary, and appropriate.
Where personal information is obtained indirectly, including from a representative, introducer, official register, company website, professional profile, public filing, or publication, AEONX S.R.L. provides the information required by applicable law within the applicable period, unless a lawful exception applies.
Where an office representative requests that communication remain through the office, AEONX S.R.L. will not contact the principal directly without permission unless legally required or another lawful basis clearly applies.
Information about the source of personal data may be requested where legally available.
Who May Receive Information
Access within AEONX S.R.L. is limited by role and purpose.
Technical providers may process information where necessary to support:
- website hosting and deployment;
- form submission and delivery;
- email, documents, meetings, and communications;
- scheduling;
- cloud storage, backup, and continuity;
- information security and abuse prevention;
- approved AI-assisted processing;
- accounting and administrative support;
- invoicing and payment processing.
Where those providers process personal data only on AEONX S.R.L.'s documented instructions, they act under applicable processing and security terms.
Legal, accounting, audit, insurance, payment, or other professional providers may act as processors or as independent controllers, depending on their role and legal duties.
Where AEONX S.R.L. and another entity jointly determine the purposes and means of processing, their respective responsibilities will be defined and the substance of the arrangement made available where required.
An independent company, specialist, adviser, contractor, or substantive service provider is not treated as a mere technical processor. Entrusted context is not disclosed to such a party for substantive review, recommendation, or engagement without specific authorization identifying the information, recipient, and purpose, unless another lawful basis permits or requires the disclosure.
Information may also be disclosed:
- where required by law;
- in response to a valid request from a competent authority;
- where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
- in connection with a lawful corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Personal data is not sold as a commercial data product.
Current Key Service Providers and Technology
At the date of this notice, AEONX S.R.L. uses the following key providers and may activate the additional systems identified below:
- Vercel: website hosting, deployment, technical delivery, and server or security logging;
- Google Workspace Business Standard: business email, documents, cloud storage, calendar, meetings, and collaboration;
- GoDaddy: domain-name registration and, where applicable, DNS-related services; GoDaddy does not ordinarily receive entrusted matter content through that role;
- Approved Google and OpenAI business AI services : internal administrative, organizational, matter-specific research, drafting, comparison, and analytical assistance, where activated;
- Internally managed AEONX AI systems: internal company processing, where activated, including any approved underlying infrastructure;
- An approved payment provider: only where a private invoice, payment link, or hosted payment page is activated.
These providers do not necessarily receive the same information. Access and processing are limited according to the function being performed.
A payment or professional provider may act as a processor or an independent controller for different activities.
This list identifies principal providers and systems, not every subprocessor. AEONX S.R.L. maintains a more detailed internal provider record and updates this notice where a material change affects the purposes, categories of information, recipient roles, or international-transfer arrangements.
Technology-Assisted Processing
Approved technology may assist administrative, organizational, security, matter-specific research, drafting, comparison, and analytical work within the purposes and information boundaries described in this notice.
Entrusted context may be processed within AEONX S.R.L.'s controlled workflows using:
- approved business services operated by Google or OpenAI;
- business productivity and collaboration services;
- internally managed AEONX AI systems.
AEONX S.R.L. limits AI-assisted processing to information reasonably necessary for the permitted purpose.
AEONX S.R.L. applies data minimization and, where appropriate, de-identification or pseudonymization before technology-assisted processing.
AI-assisted outputs are treated as working material. They do not establish truth, authority, professional qualification, or completion and remain subject to accountable human review, source assessment, and correction.
Where an external technology provider processes personal data or entrusted context, AEONX S.R.L. assesses and records, where applicable:
- the exact service and account type;
- the provider’s legal role;
- the processing purpose;
- the categories of information involved;
- the applicable contractual and data-processing terms;
- training and product-improvement settings;
- retention controls;
- access and security measures;
- subprocessors;
- processing locations;
- international-transfer arrangements;
- deletion and export capabilities.
Technology does not independently:
- authorize external disclosure;
- determine whether the Cabinet proceeds;
- appoint, select, or recommend a provider;
- make the principal’s decision;
- create or broaden an engagement;
- initiate external movement;
- replace accountable human review.
No solely automated decision produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning a person submitting a request.
Unless separately disclosed and supported by an appropriate legal basis or agreement, entrusted context is not used by AEONX S.R.L. for unrelated model training or unrelated product development.
Authorized Disclosure to Independent Recipients
Where the principal explicitly requests or authorizes disclosure to an independent company, specialist, adviser, contractor, or substantive provider, AEONX S.R.L. shares only the information agreed for the identified recipient and purpose.
Before disclosure, the authorized contact is informed of:
- the recipient’s identity;
- its proposed role;
- the information proposed for disclosure;
- the intended purpose;
- any material commercial, ownership, referral, or other interest known to AEONX S.R.L.;
- the applicable engagement and data-protection arrangements, where relevant.
After authorized disclosure, an independent recipient may process the information under its own legal responsibilities, privacy terms, professional duties, and engagement arrangements.
AEONX S.R.L. remains responsible for the lawfulness, proportionality, and security of the disclosure it makes, for representing the disclosed information with reasonable care, and for any continuing role it retains. It does not control processing independently undertaken by a separate recipient after the information has been lawfully disclosed.
Authorization to share information is specific to the information, recipient, and purpose. It is not a general authorization for onward disclosure.
International Transfers
Some approved infrastructure, technology, communications, or payment providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Where a restricted transfer occurs, AEONX S.R.L. uses an applicable transfer mechanism, such as:
- a European Commission adequacy decision;
- approved Standard Contractual Clauses;
- another lawful mechanism under Chapter V GDPR;
- supplementary safeguards where required.
Information about applicable safeguards may be requested through the privacy contact, subject to lawful, confidentiality, and security-related redactions.
Retention
Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose.
- Requests that do not progress: substantive request content may be retained for up to 12 months after closure and may be deleted earlier where no continuing purpose exists.
- Requests that progress without a formal engagement : substantive content may be retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful communication unless continued retention is specifically justified.
- Minimum governance and legal records: a limited record of the request, source, identity or authority checks, material authorizations, handling, response, revision, closure, and relevant legal correspondence may be retained for an applicable limitation or legal-retention period where necessary.
- Established engagements: information may be retained for the duration of the engagement and afterward for applicable contractual, limitation, accounting, tax, regulatory, or legal-retention periods.
- Payment and accounting records: retained for the periods required by applicable accounting, tax, anti-fraud, and financial-record obligations.
- Introducer and office-contact information: generally follows the retention period applicable to the related request or engagement unless another lawful purpose justifies a different period.
- Technical and security logs: AEONX-controlled logs are ordinarily retained for up to 90 days unless longer retention is required for incident investigation, abuse prevention, compliance, or legal claims. Provider-side logs may follow configured service retention and applicable legal requirements.
- Backups: deleted information may remain temporarily in protected backups until the relevant backup cycle expires.
- Legal holds: deletion may be suspended where information must be preserved for a legal obligation, investigation, dispute, or claim.
Actual email, storage, technology, payment-provider, and backup settings are governed through AEONX S.R.L.'s internal retention procedures.
Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking
At the date of this notice, AEONX S.R.L. does not intentionally deploy or use on the public website:
- cookies;
- analytics cookies;
- advertising cookies;
- advertising pixels;
- behavioral advertising;
- cross-site tracking;
- session-replay technology;
- marketing tags;
- non-essential client-side storage.
The public website is not designed to track visitors across websites or build advertising profiles.
Website hosting, technical delivery, abuse prevention, and security infrastructure may nevertheless process IP addresses, request metadata, timestamps, device or browser information, and server or security logs necessary to deliver and protect the website. AEONX S.R.L. does not use that technical information for behavioral advertising or direct marketing.
A private payment-provider-hosted page is a separate technical environment governed by that provider's privacy and technology disclosures.
If cookies, non-essential analytics, pixels, session replay, marketing tags, or other device-storage or tracking technologies are introduced later, this notice and any legally required consent mechanism will be updated before activation.
Direct Marketing
Submitting Private Entry, a later brief, or another website inquiry does not subscribe a person to marketing communications.
AEONX S.R.L. does not currently use personal information submitted through the public website for direct marketing.
Communications may be sent where necessary to:
- respond to an inquiry;
- coordinate a conversation;
- administer a review or engagement;
- provide contractual, payment, service, security, privacy, or legal information;
- respond to a data-rights request;
- comply with a legal obligation.
Any future direct-marketing activity will require an appropriate legal basis and a clear method of opting out.
Security and Incident Handling
AEONX S.R.L. applies technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data and entrusted context against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction.
No online transmission, external provider, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Submitting information through a public form does not itself create a confidentiality agreement, non-disclosure agreement, professional privilege, legal privilege, or specially protected communication channel.
Where a personal-data breach creates a legal duty to notify a supervisory authority or affected individuals, AEONX S.R.L. will provide the notification required by applicable law.
Human Review and Automated Decisions
Private Entry and any later Consideration Brief are reviewed by a person.
No solely automated score determines whether the Cabinet responds or proceeds.
A person remains accountable for the review, its stated limitations, technology-assisted work used within it, and any decision by the Cabinet to continue, narrow, pause, or decline.
Children
The public website and Private Entry are intended for adults acting in a professional, business, institutional, ownership, management, or representative capacity.
Do not submit personal information concerning a child through the public forms.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable legal conditions and limitations, you may have the right to:
- request access to personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive applicable data in portable form where legal requirements are met;
- withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis;
- obtain information about recipients and applicable transfer safeguards;
- lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority;
- seek an available judicial remedy.
Requests may be sent to robert.georgescu@theinflectioncabinet.com.
AEONX S.R.L. may request proportionate information necessary to verify identity, authority, and the scope of the request. Do not send an identity document through a public form unless AEONX S.R.L. specifically requests it through an appropriate channel.
AEONX S.R.L. will respond without undue delay and ordinarily within one month. That period may be extended by up to two further months where legally permitted because of complexity or request volume, with notice of the extension and its reasons.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.

Changes to This Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice may be updated where the website, services, processing activities, technology, payment arrangements, entities involved, service providers, or applicable legal requirements change.
Where a change materially affects how previously collected personal information is used, AEONX S.R.L. will take any additional notice or lawful-basis steps required by applicable law.
The latest revision date appears below.
Website Terms and Disclaimer
These terms govern access to and use of the public website. They do not replace the written terms of a specific engagement.
Intended Professional Use and Consumer Rights
The website is designed primarily for persons acting in a business, professional, institutional, ownership, management, or representative capacity.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any mandatory right available to a person who qualifies as a consumer under applicable law.
No Relationship Is Created
Accessing the website, submitting a request, receiving an acknowledgment, or taking part in a preliminary exchange does not by itself create:
- a client relationship;
- an advisory relationship;
- a fiduciary relationship;
- an agency relationship;
- a brokerage relationship;
- a partnership;
- a membership;
- a service contract;
- a duty to accept or pursue the matter;
- an obligation involving an independent company or third party.
Any engagement requires a separate express agreement with the responsible entity or entities.
Services May Have Different Scopes and Providers
The Cabinet may consider matters involving different professional disciplines, service types, capabilities, and providers.
Where a service may be offered by AEONX S.R.L., another company, an independent specialist, or more than one entity:
- the responsible entity or entities will be identified;
- their proposed roles will be explained;
- the scope and commercial terms will be provided separately;
- applicable professional and regulatory boundaries will be stated;
- material conflicts known to AEONX S.R.L. will be disclosed;
- applicable data-protection roles will be explained;
- no engagement exists until the relevant terms are agreed.
A website submission is not an offer or acceptance of services by any company.
No Guarantee of Response, Engagement, or Outcome
Submitting a request begins review only.
It does not guarantee:
- a response;
- a conversation;
- a deeper review;
- an engagement;
- access;
- an introduction;
- a referral;
- a provider recommendation;
- a transaction;
- an investment;
- a partnership;
- any particular result.
AEONX S.R.L. may decline, pause, or narrow a matter where no appropriate or responsible next step exists or where mandate, authority, information handling, legal conditions, conflicts, or fit remain unresolved.
No Advice or Decision Authority Through the Public Website
Public website content is general and is not tailored to a visitor's particular circumstances.
Nothing on the public website, in Private Entry, or in an initial review constitutes legal, investment, financial, tax, accounting, regulatory, medical, fiduciary, or other regulated professional advice.
The initial review provides structured clarification. Unless a separate written engagement expressly defines an advisory role, AEONX S.R.L. does not recommend, negotiate, authorize, or implement a course of action, select a provider, or assume the principal's decision authority.
AEONX S.R.L. may undertake non-regulated advisory or consultancy work under a separate written engagement defining its scope, role, authority, limitations, conflicts, and commercial terms.
Any regulated or reserved professional advice must be provided under a separate engagement by an appropriately qualified and, where required, authorized provider.
Nothing on the public website or in an initial review constitutes a personal recommendation concerning one or more transactions in specific financial instruments.
Visitors and principals remain responsible for obtaining appropriate independent professional advice where required.
Private Payments
No payment is accepted through public-facing submission forms.
A private invoice, payment link, or hosted payment page may be issued only in relation to a separately identified matter, service, or agreement.
Payment is governed by the terms accompanying or referenced by that request. Payment does not create authority, rights, services, or obligations beyond those terms.
The person making payment is responsible for ensuring that they are authorized to bind the contracting party and use the selected payment method.
Where mandatory consumer rights apply, they remain unaffected.
Confidential and Protected Information
Do not submit through a public form:
- material non-public information;
- trade secrets;
- confidential employee or customer information;
- health, criminal, or other highly sensitive personal information;
- information protected by legal or professional secrecy;
- passwords, credentials, or access keys;
- information requiring a protected channel;
- information you are not authorized to provide.
The Cabinet applies discretion and information controls, but submission through a public form does not itself create a confidentiality agreement, non-disclosure agreement, legal privilege, professional privilege, or specially protected communication channel.
Where a protected channel may be appropriate, submit only enough information to request one.
Submitted Materials
You retain any rights you hold in material you submit.
You permit AEONX S.R.L. to receive, store, review, organize, reproduce internally, and otherwise process submitted material only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in the Privacy Notice, for requested pre-contractual steps, or for an agreed engagement.
You confirm that you have an appropriate basis and authority to provide the material.
Submission does not transfer ownership of your material to AEONX S.R.L.
No Third-Party Endorsement or Availability
Reference to any person, family, company, institution, adviser, provider, profession, category, or possible path does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, participation, availability, commitment, authorization, or willingness to engage.
No independent person or organization is committed by a website submission.
Visitor Responsibilities
You must not:
- submit unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful information;
- impersonate another person;
- claim authority you do not possess;
- submit another person’s information without an appropriate basis;
- submit information in breach of confidentiality, contract, law, regulation, or professional duty;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- interfere with website operation or security;
- introduce malicious code;
- use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
A representative submitting on behalf of a principal confirms that they are authorized to coordinate the request.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, visual identity, graphics, imagery, diagrams, designs, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to AEONX S.R.L.
They may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, published, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission, except where use is expressly permitted by applicable law.
Third-Party Websites and Services
The website may refer or link to third-party websites, platforms, payment pages, or services.
Those external environments are governed by their own terms, privacy notices, availability, security, and operational controls.
A link or reference does not by itself constitute endorsement, control, or acceptance of responsibility for an independent third party.
Website Accuracy and Availability
AEONX S.R.L. takes reasonable care in preparing public website content but does not guarantee that all content will always be complete, error-free, continuously available, or current.
The website may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn where reasonably necessary.
No consequential decision should be made solely in reliance on general public website content.
Liability
This section applies only to access to and use of the free public website.
Liability relating to a separately established review, advisory, professional, contractor, provider, or implementation engagement is governed by the written terms applicable to that engagement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law or restricts mandatory consumer, data-protection, or other non-excludable rights.
Subject to those limitations, AEONX S.R.L. is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from:
- inability to access the public website;
- reliance on general public content as the sole basis for a consequential decision;
- unlawful, unauthorized, or inappropriate information submitted by a visitor;
- an independent third-party website or service outside AEONX S.R.L.’s control.
Unless separate written terms provide otherwise, an independent provider is responsible for the services it independently contracts to provide.
Questions, Complaints, and Consumer Dispute Resolution
Questions or complaints concerning the public website should first be sent to robert.georgescu@theinflectioncabinet.com.
Where a person qualifies as a consumer, they may also contact the competent consumer-protection authority and may have access to an applicable alternative dispute-resolution procedure, including the Romanian ANPC Alternative Dispute Resolution: SAL mechanism.
Where AEONX S.R.L. is legally required or expressly agrees to participate in a particular consumer alternative-dispute procedure, the relevant entity and access information will be provided as applicable.
Separate Engagement Terms
Where a separate written agreement governs a review, advisory role, service, recommendation, provider pathway, or implementation, that agreement governs the relevant engagement.
If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Website Terms concerning that engagement, the separate written agreement prevails to the extent of the conflict.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Website Terms and use of the public website are governed by Romanian law.
This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under applicable law or restrict any court jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to those mandatory rules, disputes concerning the public website are submitted to the competent Romanian courts.
Any separate engagement may contain its own governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions.
Severability
If a provision of these Website Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to These Terms
These Website Terms may be updated where the website, services, payment architecture, processing activities, or applicable legal requirements change.
An update to these Website Terms does not amend a separately established engagement unless the applicable engagement terms permit that change or the parties agree to it.
The latest revision date appears below.
